♦️دامداران متخلف در پارک ملی موته ۶ میلیارد جریمه شدند
رئیس اداره امور حقوقی اداره کل حفاظت محیط زیست استان اصفهان: 🔹دو دامدار متخلف در حوزه چرای غیر مجاز دام در پارک ملی و پناهگاه حیات وحش موته مورد پیگیری قضائی قرار گرفتند و پس از طی مراحل قانونی، رأی محکومیت آن‌ها صادر شد. 🔹️چرای نزدیک به ۶۰۰ رأس دام در زمان قرق و ممنوعیت هرگونه چرای دام در عرصه‌های طبیعی و ملی توسط دامدار گلپایگانی منجر به صدور رأی پرداخت جزای نقدی به مبلغ ۳۰۰ میلیون ریال شد. شخصی با همين اتهام در پارک ملی موته به پرداخت مبلغ ۲ ميليارد و هفتصد ميليون ريال جزاي نقدي در حق صندوق دولت، ۲ سال ممنوعيت از فعاليت در حرفه دامداري و توقيف پروانه چراي دام، محکوم شد. @akhbareisfahan
